Before any professional engagement can commense, the following criteria must be addressed and fully understood. The client must be satisfied that his/her consultant is totally competent. The client will not be continually dependent on the consultant once the consulting agreement commences. The consultant will never assume control or interfere with managerial process during the consulting engagement. Our fee's will always be fair and relative to the services provided. The client and Robinglade International Consultants, Inc. will mutually determine a time-line in which the consulting engagement will be completed.   Any anticipated overruns will be totally discussed and addressed so that there are no surprises for either of the parties. Robinglade International Consultants, Inc. warrants at all times to treat all the clients problems and information with the utmost confidentially and integrity. Robinglade International Consultants, Inc. will at all times practice due diligence in analyzing the needs of the client and providing the client the proper diagnosis for their needs. Robinglade International Consultants, Inc. will never enter into a consulting agreement with any client unless it feels it can readily accept the clients challenge and fulfill their needs. Robinglade International Consultants, Inc. and its consultants will always be impartial.   If impartiality is breached or can not be maintained, Robinglade International Consultants, Inc. will remove itself from the consulting engagement and will assist the client in sourcing and briefing a new consulting group.
